THROWING: ability to forcefully propel an item through the air with force by movement of the arm and hand, and in the best case, the whole body.
STRIKING: ability to forcefully propel one of the body’s limbs into a stationary or moving object.
We hit and swing and throw in a rotary sequence that sees us transfer energy from the ground through our bodies and into a handheld object or an object that we project from our body.
Posture, core control, weight shift, proper alignment, eye-hand and eye-foot coordination are all components of throwing with more efficiency and striking with more power and accuracy. This seminar delves deep into techniques that will show coaches and fitness professionals how to improve each element.
